HERA SYSTEMS ADOPTS NVIDIA JETSON FOR EDGE ANALYTICS ON 1HOPSAT

Hera Systems has selected the NVIDIA Jetson, the world’s leading embedded AI computing platform, to power the edge analytics on its 1HOPSat nanosat constellation. Jetson’s high-performance, low-power computing profile is optimized for deep learning and computer vision, ideal for incorporating software-defined autonomous AI capabilities into the 1HOPSat high-revisit constellation. Incorporation of GPU-accelerated parallel processing, supported by a wide range of developer tools and libraries, provides a scalable, secure framework permitting full customization of edge applications, tailored to specific missions and geographies of interest.
